I am currently working for a company which practices „Self Managed Organization“. No management, there are hierarchies, but people define their own roles. Haven‘t been more fulfilled at work ever. Research SMOs (Self Managed Organztions), there is a large network out there of books, organzations which help implement it etc. Plenty of room to consult and implement.
