Perhaps you should spend less time consuming HN, Reddit, Twitter, blogs and wherever else you're being overwhelmed by ChatGPT.
This hype train is an inevitable and short-lived step on the natural course of an exciting[1] new technology.
1. I wish I had a better word to describe my particular feelings of "excitement, grave concern, and depression" all rolled into one. That said, I do see the flaws in my own emotional responses to AI.
