Conversely this Chinese government(?) viewpoint miss-interprets western values in that it’s possible to both be supportive of and critical/protest one’s government at the same time. And actually it’s one’s civic duty to help improve the government. What country is perfect? It’s odd to say a country is perfect or because a government accomplished a lot in the pastcitizens should be content and stop expecting further improvements.
