Ask HN: Did Serena Aunon-Chancellor Sabotage ISS?
I'm reading conflicting sources about whether she sabotaged ISS (International Space Station) or not. Does anyone have some information around what actually happened?
- uberman 4y agoYou read a credible source that presented actual proof that she did? I would love to read it as well. Otherwise... What happened was a Russian engineer on Earth accidentally punctured the hull and rather than admit it, they patched it with crazy glue. A patch that ultimately failed after repeated thermal cycles in space.
