https://loodio.com https://loodio.com - Hardware company - Solo founder - No employees and same here; I don't see the need for any in the forseeable future. Don't even need capital as my burn rate is ~$50/month except when I order new stock. Weird times.
- highfrequency 4y agoLove the idea. Ballpark revenue/profit?
- testmasterflex 4y agoThank you! Just launched last week so no numbers yet. :)
- oblio 4y agoLet's circle back in 1 year :)
- riskable 4y agoHow do you get the devices made and shipped to customers? Do you ship them yourself or are you paying someone for that too? Asking because I might start selling hardware soon too and the prospect of turning my garage into a customer fulfillment center doesn't sound fun.
- testmasterflex 4y agoAssembling and sending from home currently. 3PL too early in current volumes.
- thedorkknight 4y agoManually assembling it yourself?
- testmasterflex 4y agoYes every unit takes me around 20 minutes to assemble and pack, but it prepares me for when I can outsource it later. "Do things that don't scale"
