I would love to know who in power knew what, and who looked the other way. It reeks of corruption. Rep Tom Emmer was one of the original "Blockchain 8" who asked the SEC to back off of asking tough questions in the crypto space. [1] Of note, 5 of them received direct campaign donations from FTX.
