- TimJRobinson 4y agoThe lightning network is not a good example of an L2, it's extremely basic state channels and won't scale because of routing / liquidity issues. Look into Optimism and Arbitrum for current technology, or zkSync, Starknet, Polygon zkEVM for next gen L2's coming soon. - hanniabu 4y agoLightning is more of a sidechain than an L2. And it's definitely not a rollup.
