Is it not a multiple-choice with a vector given to each answer, add them up and you get an x,y?

Then you need to find a description of those dimensions, how authors of test define them, what do they mean. And the last step is to interpret results and to compare with the reality. It is easy to do math of a test, but it is hard to make a good test.
