The jobs I've had which I've felt were net positive for the world were a few in educational technology and one writing crime scene analysis software. Those are hard to find, though - so I've mostly worked for companies I think have a net neutral effect, news (though not right wing hatemongers) & entertainment. I don't think you can make a lot of money without enabling evil at least a little bit. I suppose that's where "effective altruism" comes in; do evil but do more good later. Eventually. Maybe. I'm not totally convinced.
