The scale for a "Raserdelikt" is
40 km/h too fast in a 30 zone
50 km/h in a 50 zone
60 km/h in an 80 zone
80 km/h on Autobahns (120 max)
I, for one, support that. When you're driving above 100 km/h within city limits you really deserve what's coming.
