- Ekaros 4y agoThis must be satire right? Day after day it all sounds crazier and more idiotic. And it is not even game development company with fixed shipping date for product. Not that even that could be justified reason.
- GavCo 4y agoNo doubt this is wild but Twitter is fighting for survival — odds are it probably doesn't make it. So probably higher stakes than a shipping date for a game
- Ekaros 4y agoI don't think Twitter was exactly dying or even fighting for survival when Elon took over. Bleeding yes. So doing it this ways from outside looks like management failure.
- GavCo 4y agoYeah, totally agree that this is all self inflicted. At this point though, with advertisers spooked and ad revenue down by 70-90%, Twitter is definitely fighting for survival
- papito 4y ago“Crunch time all the time”. During the holiday season no less. The guy is a soulless monster.

- fsociety 4y agoClearly humans are output machines and draining all creativity from their souls by burning the midnight oil is the way to build great products. I’m excited for the next wave of companies to prove this mindset wrong. I think some will but perhaps ultimately the “hero coder” stories will prevail in popular media.
