- t-3 4y agoMy newer laptop (OpenBSD) lacks an S3 sleep state, so I hibernate it when not in use. My backup laptop (currently linux) suspends fine, so it almost never reboots. My aarch64 desktop (linux) is currently only at 17 days uptime, generally reboots only for kernel updates. My x86_64 desktop (linux) only turns on when I want to play games.
- solardev 4y agoMac, only when there's an update. Or I shut it down for travel in case it gets stolen (so nothing is left in memory).
