ChatGPT recommended me this book:
A Beginner's Guide to the Mathematics of Computer Science by J.E. McLeod and J.A. Fekete
I can't find this on Google or Amazon. Does it even exist?? I can't find the authors either.
- nso95 4y agoJust ask it to write it for you
- WiSaGaN 4y agoWell, the name "J.A. Fekete" does have a covfefe vibe.
- ahallock 4y agoI've had similar situations when asking it to write code. It comes up with really good solutions, importing the correct open source projects, but some of the modules/classes don't exist--or at least, I can't find them anywhere.
- 8jy89hui 4y agoI tried asking it to write sections and then cite its sources. Most of the sources were related and well-done, however when it couldn't find an author, it just makes up names.
