Wikipedia.org is with GoDaddy
- seppo0010 15y agoThe title is kind of confusing for me, it makes me thing Wikipedia.org agrees with GoDaddy, not that its domain is registered in GoDaddy.
- aaronpk 15y agoIs this turning into a witch hunt now??
- nandemo 15y agoIt's bizarre. Soon people will start listing whoever is connected to companies that haven't switched from GoDaddy. Makes me wish we had an intervention by pg, like the Great Erlang Flood of 2009.
- lomegor 15y agoWhen wasn't this a witch hunt? Since discussion on SOPA began, the Internet and the hivemind started to condemn everyone that supported it. I don't think it's about blaming Wikipedia because of using GoDaddy, but making them think if it should be a good option to switch.
- pasbesoin 15y agoIn a bit of irony, "the Internet" appears to be seeking to "make an example". Just like the entertainment industry sought to "make an example" with a few select, big-dollar prosecutions, a few years ago. What goes around, comes around.
