This approach probably demolishes the take-home interview. Now, if you can figure out a procedure that would work for a live coding test, does that just mean the human+AI pair programming team is a good candidate? I think this probably fails on more open-ended / complex problems. Maybe that means interviews cannot use toy problems any more, and have to be more complex, longer, more realistic work samples? (Sounds great to me.)
