- smcin 4y agoApparently one of SAS author Andy McNab's top tips. Functionally equivalent to Douglas Adams' "Don't Panic!" "If you stop, you calm down and sort yourself out. In the jungle in the SAS, if you were lost, you stopped, made a brew [cup of tea], worked out where you were and worked out where you needed to go.
