I was recently in Dubai having lunch and the server handed me the card reader with a tip prompt and handed it to me :( these stupid mobile payment terminals made it a one-click option to enable and spread the tipping concept far and wide beyond North America I sort of like India’s service tax that can be removed if desired (didn’t the government recently mandate restaurants must remove that when requested?)
