Following the instructions verbatim, when I run this line:
curl https://chat.openai.com/chat
I get an HTML response that has:
<noscript>
You need to enable JavaScript to run this app.
</noscript>
Can ChatGPT know that I have NoScript enabled in Firefox? When my friend runs the same line in his chat, he gets the full HTML output like the author.
- hackinthebochs 4y agoThere's a certain amount of randomness in the output. Just hit try again to get different responses to the same prompt.
- nequals30 4y agoIt did seem to be random. Hitting 'Reset Thread' and trying again gave me the author's original response back. I wonder what it was in my original thread that caused the model to expect javascript to be disabled.
- evan_ 4y agoThere’s an HTML tag <noscript> that you can wrap content in to be shown if the user does not have javascript available. It’s got nothing to do with the NoScript extension.
