Somehow I thought that Windows now would even wake up computers that people "shutdown". If Windows won't wake up computers after shutdown, then I don't see why people don't just turn them off. I'm not saying that suspend isn't a useful feature, but given that it doesn't work I'm not sure why people keep using it.
