A lot of it is unethcal bozo who dream of making it big without neccessarily putting in a commensurate amount of effort. They are perfectly willing to ride on the backs of idealistic suckers like you (sorry for calling it like it is). If you want to work with serious people, it's best to do boring jobs at big companies. Startupland requires having your wits about you at all times, lest you'll be taken for a ride again.
