There are three main possibilities, AFAICT: ① Assange aided and abetted, etc. in order to obtain material that was already published. ② Assange and Young did this somehow together. ③ Assange aided and abetted, etc, in order to publish material on Young's site. It's difficult to see how a fair prosecutor can discard the possibility that Young might be guilty of at least some of what they're accusing Assange of. Discard, without even investigating (noone's contacted Young).
