Just pay a CPA. I was a contractor/consultant for a while. CPA was worth every penny (and very similarly priced). I never had to think about my taxes because my CPA knew told me everything he needed me to do. My taxes were simple, so I could have done my CPA did, but it would have taken much longer and I would have likely missed things.
