In this case, Twitter was deleting posts at the request of the government. That is the 1A violation
- shagie 4y agoWhat government was making the requests? What was the role of the people making the requests in state or federal government at the time of the requests (October 2020)? I will amend this to further ask "are people employed in the public sector prevented from click the 'report' or 'flag' button on social media sites?"
