I use a dark navy/grey during the day because it’s pleasant and easy on my eyes, or all my displays on a lime-like color when I’m on meetings because it gives me good color balanced lighting on camera. I use aliases in iTerm2 (macOS) to toggle them: $ bg-dark $ bg-light
