So I just got out of a job interview and it was rough. The interviewer asked me about my previous work experience and I told him I used to work at Enron. He looked at me like I just admitted to being a serial killer. I mean, I know being an auditor at Enron isn't exactly a resume booster, but come on man. It's not like I was the one cooking the books. But then he asked me if I was comfortable with "creative accounting." And I was like, "Dude, I worked at Enron. I'm the opposite of comfortable with creative accounting." But he just looked at me with this pitying expression and said, "I'm sorry, we can't offer you the job." And I was like, "Well, I guess that's what I get for trying to make a buck off of other people's misery." But seriously though, being an auditor at Enron is not a good look on a resume.
