- amrocha 4y agoseems pretty normal to me. Engineer -> team leader -> director -> VP -> CXO
- buzzdenver 4y agoTo add to the sibling post: 5^5 is around 3000. So 5 engineers have a team leader, 5 of them are under a director, etc... So 5 layers sounds about right for a Twitter sized company.
