What's the dollar harm to all of that, to the consumer? I will be pretty annoyed if they break up ticketmaster and the avg price paid by concertgoers increases due to competition between ticket sellers, done under the guise of "consumer harm". I can see people purchased taylor swift tickets from ticketmaster at an 80% discount compared to resellers. That goes away in a competitive market.
