I was a bootcamp grad that was hired for a junior level role (5 years ago) It was rough at first but I had a chip on my shoulder and voluntarily worked 10-11 hours a days for 2 years straight to make up the time difference and learn all the things I needed to learn I was a good hire (and was also bored AF living in Ohio)
