I'm particularly enthusiastic about SRE (I was a regular proponent for testing and resiliency best practices both in my org and across the Amazon Music business as a whole), Learning from Incidents (I founded and led Amazon Music's Incident Review Bar Raiser group), and process improvement to reduce toil.
