Foreign nations do donate to US politicians. I thought this was obvious. Ever since Citizens United (and more accurately, subsequent Supreme Court rulings which strengthened aspects of Citizens United), unlimited secret donations are not just possible, they're the norm.

While it is a bit of a distinction without a difference I assume you mean donated to PACs, not to actual candidates, right?
