- bluGill 4y agoThe acid in carbonation will eat the oxide layer, so soft drink cans get a thin plastic lining. Alcohol cans often are not lined.
- moffkalast 4y agoI think they just spray them with a thin layer of epoxy, otherwise certain drinks get a metallic taste?
