This particular claim is the most interesting. If true, it would be a big story, and if false, it seems like it would open up fraud charges against Rachel.

  I hope TrustCor takes WaPo to court for libel. That's what needs to happen in situations like this.

    You are aware that Truth is an absolute defense against libel, right? TrustCor would have to prove that WaPo acted with actual malice to get anywhere with a suit.

      Depends. The goal of a lawsuit isn't always to win the lawsuit; sometimes it's to generate publicity (and will then be quietly withdrawn later).
