And I thought it was Steve Jobs' wielding of monopoly power in the name of "taste." Or was it "security?" Or the fact that Apple couldn't keep Flash from crashing Macs?
- jhoelzel 4y agoI have never owned a Mac but i can guarantee you that on the windows side people where not loving flash either. I rather would blame the fact that it allways ran in a plugin and needed to be constantly updaeted where browsers did not easily provide such a mechanism. Flash was very cool but also very frustrating if you "just want to use your computer"
