I recently read a survey which showed that 8 out the top 10 IT servicing / consulting companies had most of their technical staff in India. When you say multinational you might mean Tata, InfoSys or even IBM? Aren't there any internal transfer to overseas office opportunities? It miught greatly reduce your risks.
- alwinaugustin 4y agoyeah. In my company there is no chance for internal transfer especially with the recession and recent layoffs. In Infosys and all it is as per the client request only I think.
