I will never understand the argument that "consumers are making the wrong choice and I want the government to force companies to take that choice away from them

I will never understand the argument that "consumers are making the wrong choice and I want the government to force companies to take that choice away from them. It hurts my business. Force them to make different choices, specifically these choices which help me make money. That's freedom!"
