- vforvendettador 4y agoRecently I'm seeing a fair bit of people showing iPhone assembled in India. Anecdotal of course, just based on my feed.

Wages have skyrocketed, with the average factory worker making $6 per hour on average in 2020, up from less than a dollar in 2006. > For comparison, the average rate for a Mexican factory worker has stayed stagnant at $2 per hour. There are reasons other than costs to not do business in China, but it seems that the only people left unpersuaded are those who put money above all else. I wonder how long they can "stay irrational."
