I'm gonna mention just the complaint that the employee saw his roles and responsibilities not restored after coming back to work from surgery. The surgery was for a back injury caused by moving heavy equipment with pallet jacks. First, correctly using a pallet jack should not result in back injury (SpaceX could be liable for not training him to use the equipment correctly). Second, removing the responsibilities that he was physically unsuited for (because he suffered injury) sounds reasonable (if those were indeed the ones removed) regardless of age. The employee mentions two: one using metrology equipment, and one using metal machining. I have no opinion about the rest of the complaints.
