I don't know anything about academia or a typical relationship expected between a PhD candidate and their advisor, but when someone says stuff "You disappointed and hurt me" it's an immediate red flag for me. Supposedly you are in a professional mentorship relationship, and these sorts of statements seem completely inappropriate to me in that context. Also, you are not responsible for your advisor's feelings.
Edit: I don't have concrete advice on how to proceed, but consider that this person's opinions of you and possibly your work are misplaced and psychologically abusive.
