Ask HN: With youth shortening words, will time come when all speech is acronyms?
- throwie4948 4y agoThis sort of reminds me of a little post I read a while ago: https://memex.marginalia.nu/log/48-i-have-no-capslock.gmi https://memex.marginalia.nu/log/48-i-have-no-capslock.gmi I guess it's not entirely the same, but it has a similar idea of how text is morphed into near ilegibility by simplifying it so much.
