I plan on being a lifer now that I've found my current company. 1. I work with brilliant people 2. I get to work on challenging problems 3. I get to work with a wide range of tech stacks 4. I'm treated as a professional and not micro-managed 5. Pay is not near FAANG levels, but more than enough to live a comfortable life (~150 now with a career cap closer to 200)
