I'm a lifer. Early 30s. Been here 8 years. I've tried to leave, but my boss/team are excellent and moving has always appeared high risk/low reward. I've been lucky that my boss and I have an excellent relationship. I have more influence than I would have elsewhere. Our group has been given expanded responsibility and is relatively high profile. No doubt I'll have to leave before I retire, but I doubt it will be in the near future.
