This is interesting, but I keep seeing articles that reduce down to "kiss up to everyone on LinkedIn or your career will suffer".
It is the Orwellian overtones implicit in these kind of glowing references for LinkedIn that I find disturbing.
Oh yes, that and the fact that everyone who seems to be heavily into LinkedIn is a colossal douchebag.

- forensic 15y agoKlout, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc... sociopathic MBAs just see these as tools to justify their bonuses. Anything that can be done will be done, because there are a lot of empty suits running around trying to find a way to justify their paycheck.
