- benjaminwootton 4y agoA lot of people in tech could retire or downshift in their late 40s or 50s, so in early 40s you could almost find your last significant role.
- racl101 4y agoOh ok. I interpreted it as: you're in your early 40s, you ain't getting younger, take what you can get. No more job switching for you.
