I heard a CEO of a venture backed "green hydrogen" startup (valued at 1 Billion) say in a talk that they will only be profitable if society changes its habits and is willing to pay more for energy. Not sure how true that is and with the current increase in energy prices in Europe, the break even point might be closer now than a year and a half ago.
