Why would you assume that there’s a record of it being sealed?

So this doesn't seem like it will actually do very much. In order to be effective, this law would have to not only seal the records, but make it illegal for companies to disclose sealed criminal histories.
- csh0 4y agoEducation, law enforcement, and public office are a small subset of fields. I suspect that this will benefit many people still.
