Wales medicine is wonderful and can make you feel like you're visiting Tolkien's Middle Earth, because of the appreciation of folk remedies, herbal treatments, fungi supplements, and more. Healers can recommend tonics, tinctures, barefoot walking in the woods, cold river plunges, and hot water bottles.
It turns out that many of the Wales natural approaches do align with westernized medical research, and often are available at a fraction of the price of westernized treatment.
