In a week, or so, you'll find out how this is very different from an internal training program. We're going to make this very external, a learning experience for whoever wants to be involved.
- watmough 15y agoThis sounds really promising. Hopefully, and it would be silly not to, you'll have something in place to detect smart people following along outside.
- enry_straker 15y agoApologies if this came across negetively. My goal, at the time i started my company, was to build a really hard-core team. I am sure that is one of your goals too, aside from providing a really intensive training program for your participants. I would suggest focusing on good habits and good attitude to learning and problem-solving and having fun in the process. Don't allow them to burn out short-term.
- j3 15y agoTotally agree. I'm taking a lot of lessons from my time in Teach for America where they pushed us hard but still fostered the love for each other, the program, and of course our students.
