For a good PowerShell experience I use https://starship.rs/ https://starship.rs/ which includes git info. I use the new windows terminal with the font/colors/etc set just so. For a package manager I like using https://scoop.sh/ https://scoop.sh/ and for anything missing there chocolatey usually has it. Good luck, there's more good stuff out there but it's hard to find.
