well, at least bunch of them are right - there are lot of people making money in testing & quarantine business, it IS failure of bureaucracy, it IS increasing state surveilance through mandatory health codes and location tracking, it IS used to lock people at home or disperse previous protests by switching health codes to red to lock people at home (not so sure about helping to increase birth rate) disagree only with last two I don't think most Chinese care that much about state surveilance with WeChat already in their phone anyway, but first two money making scams are definitely spot on, which is why they are also often mentioned.
