Large parts did not. Of particular interest is Iceland. It is always 11C there. And always has been. It is also isolated from other issues, like Germans burning dirty coal instead of totally harmless and renewable Russian Gas.
- signa11 4y agoiceland though part of europe, is far (literally) removed from it ... an outlier if you will. not sure if conclusions of tfa can be debated based on just that ?
